Scheme and Syllabus of JPSC- Jharkhand Combined Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2021

Preliminary Examination

  • The Preliminary Examination will consists of two papers of objective type (multiple Choice Questions ) and carry a maximum marks of 400 marks.
  • This Examination is meant to serve as a screening test only. The marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination by the candidate who are declared qualified for admission to the Main examination will not be counted for determining their final merit.
  • There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers in the Preliminary Examination.

Scheme and Syllabus of Examination

The Preliminary Exmination shall consists of two compulsory Papers, each of 200 marks namely:

  1. General Studies Paper-I (200 marks)
  2. General Studies Paper-II (200 marks)
